Reform Councillors concerned at Duke of York potential change of use.

Cllr Richard Oliver (Wallsend Central) has expressed his concern at the recent closure and the sale of the Duke of York pub on the High Street to a property development company.

Cllr Oliver noted that residents are very concerned and rumours are rife that the property’s new owners are intending to convert the pub into an HMO.
